Built for champions, perfect for everyone.
Nylon dipping belt from Strengthshop - an essential bit of kit for your gym bag.
With webbing loop instead of chain this belt is lighter and easier to transport in your gym bag. This is a heavy duty dipping belt able to handle the heaviest of weights!
With 8 mm D ring, heavy duty caliber and strong webbing material this belt has been built for the strongest of lifters.
You can load, kettlebells, dumbbells and plates onto this belt and it will not cause any damage as there is no metal chain. It makes it more comfortable to use too.
The unique and revolutionary loop attachment system with two rings makes it possible to create a solid centre of gravity while having a tight fit. With normal dipping belts you are forced to push your glutes out creating a bend in the lower back. With this design the belt will be tightened with the weight and you can maintain a neutral spine position throughout the lift without a risk of the belt dropping off.
These high quality belts are tough and built to last, featuring a wide, firm back panel for added comfort and strong black nylon.
Weighted dips are an absolutely brilliant upper body exercise, forcing mass and strength gains across the whole chest-shoulder-arm region.
By uniquely targeting otherwise neglected muscle groups, this compound exercise simulataneously increases both maximum strength and range of motion. This makes weighted dips not only a valuable excercise in their own right, but excellent accessory training for both weightlifting and powerlifting exercises from snatches to bench press.
Material: Black nylon
Width of the webbing strap: 5cm
Thickness of the D rings: 8mm
Length of the loading strap: 102cm
Recommended max load: 140kg

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 24 reviews.
Solid weight belt for any movement you usually use one for. I use it for pull ups but I see no reason why it wouldn't work the exact same for dips with some more weight on; the nylon strap this thing has in lieu of the chain is extremely solid (and silent, which can be a plus) and its habit of catching the edge of the carabiner is completely mitigated by the fact you can just keep the carabiner on the strap end permanently, sliding it together with the strap into the (olympic/50 mm) weight holes. On that topic, I think you might get this belt to work with "standard plates" (25/28 mm hole) but the strap is close to 5 cm wide and it is clearly not explicitly meant for that. As for size, on a 184 cm man with somewhat narrow waist I route the strap from one end to the belt into the opposite side, then down into the plates, then up and hook it to the originating side. This has the plates hanging comfortably at knee level. If you are larger or very tall you can skip the routing part and just pass it through the plates hooking at the opposite end; if you are smaller or very short you can loop a couple of times to reduce the hanging length. The belt itself should fit snugly on just about anyone but the smallest women.
Pour le moment je ne l'ai pas encore utilisé avec beaucoup de leste , mais la ceinture est stable et tout est bien.
I'm a weighted dips enjoyer and this thing is genuinely a banger and i also like not having to haul around a loud AHH chain around the gym just to get set up for my sets
Solid belt, my gym has loaner one which seems to have stood up well to years of use (with the exception of the carabiner). I like the nylon strap and the closure method. I think it would be ideal if it had a “daisy chain” style strap so that length is customisable too
Amazing !
Very comfortable strap, no pressure points. Holds how you set it.
Belt works out great for dips and pull/chin ups. Definitely recommended.
I think the Nyoln Strip should be a little longer
Fits good and feels comfortable while using, quality wise it looks solid !
Perfect.
Good product, easy to use when used properly. You need to change your stance when adding heavier plates
Very fast, high quality product
Excellent product Great store to buy training gear from
Works as advertised. The strap is basically as wide as an olympic plate hole and rubs a bit while fitting plates, but it does not seem to cause issues and it is gentler on plates than a chain. The belt itself is comfortable and fits fine on me (1.84 m man) with a pair of cast iron 10 kg plates at mid-thigh with the strap going through both buckles before coming back up.
Chainless Nylon Heavy Duty Dipping Belt With Two Rings
Period! I own 2!
Great belt I purchased this belt with my only previous experience being the standard chain belts, this belt works so much better and is built really well. My main training is weighted calisthenics so I looked at this one and the slightly more expensive version from gravity fitness but determined this one better as the reviews on the other comment on the small clips used etc. The design allows self tightening but still remaining comfortable due to the nice firm padding around the waist. So far I've used mainly on weighted dips and pull ups, using a variety of weights such as plates and kettlebells, it's been able to hold them all. The materials along with metal pieces are high quality and sturdy. Particularly the metal loops and clip are heavy duty and seem like they are designed to hold alot of weight - overall very impressed and would highly recommend. Well done strength shop.
Dipping belt This is a great dipping belt. Very lightweight, comfortable, and seems very strong.
Really nice, no doubt! Good purchase for occasional use (you know velcro...).
All good. Only wish you depend less on China and turn your business toward eurpean manufacurers. So we dont have to wait for for you to stock up.
