Nylon dipping belt from Strength Shop - an essential bit of kit for your gym bag.
These high quality belts are tough and built to last, featuring a wide, firm back panel for added comfort, fully adjustable chain and strong black nylon.
Weighted dips are an absolutely brilliant upper body exercise, forcing mass and strength gains across the whole chest-shoulder-arm region.
By uniquely targeting otherwise neglected muscle groups, this compound exercise simulataneously increases both maximum strength and range of motion. This makes weighted dips not only a valuable excercise in their own right, but excellent accessory training for both weightlifting and powerlifting exercises from snatches to bench press.
We recommend a max load of 60kg on this belt.
Nylon/synthetic dipping belt.

Guter Gürtel
Super!
It work fine. Just what I needed.
The chain had several extremely sharp edges sticking out and the carabiner was terribly misaligned. Poor quality control
Store owner replied: Hi Diana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the chain had sharp edges and the carabiner was misaligned. That is certainly not the level of quality we aim to provide. We take quality control very seriously, and your comments have been forwarded to our production team for review. We'd love the opportunity to make this right for you. We already reached out to you via Email and looking forward to your response. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve. Best regards,
Very quick delivery plus the product itself is of very high quality. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Sturdy whilst comfortable Well made & comfortable to use - as usual good quality from Strength Shop
Nylon dipping belt Great bit of kit for the price. I've used it to hold a 16kg kettlebell for dips and pull ups. Fits well and padding makes it super comfortable.
Nylon Dipping Belt
This dipping belt is great This is my first dipping belt that I have used for the gym so I have no prior experience to compare it to. However I can say that it is extremely comfortable and works great.
Nylon Dipping Belt
el cinto para dips (fondos) posee una confección excelente y la cadena es gruesa. cumple perfectamente con la expectativa
Felt great and confortable
The belt works as expected. Seems to be solid, comfy and served well during its first tests.
ok, I know this belt from the gym and and so knew what I ordered. I love the quality and the price. Another piece which completes my home gym and I am using it every week :-)
Very good and strong belt!
I'm using this belt for weighted pullups and for belt-squats. When i compare this belt to any other belt, i had in my hands in a commercial gym, it's way more sturdy and worth every Euro.
Good belt, does it's job well. Material seems sturdy enough, seams might be weakest link. Haven't used more than 40kgs on it so I can't say how it holds up to bigger weights or if you wanna use it for belt squats. Only "downside" beside the seams might be the "small" carabineer hook which I've changed. If you don't go crazy with it and load more on to it than recommended its a good investment for that amount of money.
Tried it for weighted dips and pull-ups and it was great!
