The complete FID setup: adjustable bench and leg roller in one package
Flat, incline and decline – fully covered from day one. This bundle combines the Riot FID Utility Bench 2.0 with its dedicated Riot FID Utility Bench 2.0 – Leg Roller. You get a fully adjustable weight bench with 9 back pad angles, 5 seat positions and a tilting headrest, plus a secure leg holder for decline bench press, decline sit-ups and core training. One package, every angle, no compromises.
Ideal for commercial gyms, performance facilities, PT studios and home gyms that want the full range of bench training right away – from heavy flat and incline pressing to chest-supported rows and decline work.
The bench: 9 back pad angles and 5 seat positions
The back pad locks into 9 positions – 0°, 15°, 25°, 35°, 45°, 55°, 65°, 75° and 85°. The fine steps let you go from flat bench press through low and classic incline work to steep incline and an almost upright seated shoulder press. The seat adjusts to 5 positions (-15°, 0°, 10°, 20°, 30°): raise it for stability on incline presses, lower it to -15° for a true decline. The zinc-plated adjustment ladder makes switching between angles quick and precise.
The Leg Roller: a secure hold in decline
Two pairs of padded rollers (Ø 125 mm, 200 mm wide each) hold your shins and ankles firmly in place. The roller arm adjusts to 4 height positions in 30 mm steps for every body height and slides into the bench's attachment bracket with a tool-free mag pin. Mounted in seconds, removed in seconds – so the bench is ready for flat and incline training again right away.
Tilting headrest for overhead presses and chest-supported rows
Fold the top section of the back pad to 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° or 90°. This frees up room for your head and arms during overhead pressing and cable exercises, and creates space for your head and neck during chest-supported rows – a feature you rarely find on a standard adjustable bench.
Upright storage, transport and room to grow
Wheels and a handle make moving the bench easy, and a locking pin lets you store it upright to save floor space. The utility post also takes the leg extension / leg curl attachment and compatible Riot MRR attachments via mag pin – so your setup can keep growing with your gym.
Built for heavy daily use
Mild steel frame, nylon components and dense foam padding with a protective cover – designed for commercial training environments and rated for a maximum suggested load of 500 kg.
